In a little over two weeks it will be time to set the gumbo on fire as the 14th Annual Gumbo Nationals will come to life at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) on October 1st-3rd.

For 2020 the Comp Cams Super Late Model division will battle a total payout in excess of $40,000 as the Super Late Model thunders into town. The finale will be headlined by a $8,000-to-win/$500-to-start, 75 lap feature, which again matches the richest event in the facilities history.

On Thursday, October 1st an Open Practice Session will be held. Friday, October 2nd will see qualifying as well and a COMPLETE $4,000 to win show for Super Late Model division. Saturday night, October 3rd will be headlined by a pair of b-main events and Super Late Models $8000 to win, 75 lap finale. Read More >>

- Tonight's Weekly Racing Series finale at Greenville Speedway has been rained out. With that, this concluds the 2020 regular season. Congratulations to our 2020 Weekly Racing Series Champions:

Up next, the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series returns October 1-3 for the 14th Annual Gumbo Nationals. The weekend includes an Open Practice on Thursday, followed by a $4,000-to-win program on Friday and concluding with an $8,000-to-win event on Saturday.

- The final points night of the 2020 Weekly Racing Series will take place this Saturday, September 12. Come out and see who will be crowned this season's points champions.

The Weekly Racing Series includes Crate Racin’ USA Late Models, Outlaws, Lee’s Body Shop Street Stocks, J&M Sales Factory Stocks and The Vapor Shak Hot Shots. Super Late Models have also been added to the racing card for Saturday, September 12.

- The Saturday, August 29, Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series event at Greenville (Miss.) Speedway has been canceled. With the rain overnight and more expected today, track and series officials have decided to cancel the event.

Unfortunately, the American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) Mid-South event has been postponed. Track and Series officials are working on a possible make-up date for the event. Details will be released as soon as possible.

- On Friday, July 10 Greenville Speedway welcomes the stars and cars of the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series. The night’s program is headlined by a $3,000-to-win / $400-to-start feature.

Crate Racin’ USA Late Models, Outlaws, Lee’s Body Shop Street Stocks, J&M Sales Factory Stocks and The Vapor Shak Hot Shots all join the night’s program.

Adult grandstand admission is $20 with senior citizens & military $15 kids (ages 6-12) $5 and children (ages 5 and under) Free. Pit admission for adults is $35 with kids (ages 6-12) $10 and children (ages 5 and under) free.

Pit gates open at 4:00 p.m. with spectator gates opening at 5:00 p.m. On-track action is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.

July 3, 2020
- Tonight's Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) event has been rained out. With the overnight rain and more rain in the forecast for this afternoon, track and series officials have been forced to cancel the event.

June 28, 2020
- Greenville Speedway will roar back to life this FRIDAY, July 3 for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) Super Late Models. See the top dirt late model drivers in the region battle for a $3,000 top prize. Plus a fireworks show during intermission!

Also racing is the CRUSA Crate Late Models, Outlaws, Lee’s Body Shop Street Stock, J&M Sales Factory Stock, Modifieds, and The Vapor Shak Hot Shots.

We must follow the guidelines of the CDC for social distancing. Face mask are highly RECOMMENDED but are not required to enter. If you feel the need to wear a mask, please do. Please follow signs and markings to comply with social distancing guidelines.

- Greenville Speedway will be idle this Saturday, June 20. The track will return to racing on Saturday, June 27 for a Weekly Racing Series event.

The action on Saturday, June 27 will include Crate Racin' USA Weekly Late Models, Open Wheel Modifieds, J & M Furniture Sales Factory Stocks, Lee’s Body Shop Crate Racin' USA Street Stocks, Outlaw Stocks, and The Vapor Shak Hot Shots.

June 1, 2020
- An exciting night of racing is on deck at Greenville Speedwayfor this Saturday, June 6. The Modlites are set to invade the 1/4-mile Gumbo oval in addition to a Weekly Racing Series event for all classes.

May 19, 2020
- The 2020 season at Greenville Speedway remains on hold. Racing for Friday, May 22 has been postponed. Track officials are working with United Sprint Car Series (USCS) on a possible make-up date.

The Crate Late Model Nationals schedule for June 4-6 has also been postponed to a later date in 2020. Details will be announced as soon as possible.

- In response to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Greenville Speedway 2020 season is currently on hold.

Track officials will continue to closely monitor the situation in coordination with federal, state, local, and public health officials, along with information that is based on guidelines from the CDC.

- Because of state requirements to limit large gatherings during the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, the Car Show/ Test 'N Tune scheduled for Saturday, March 21 has been canceled.

A decision on the March 28, Weekly Racing Series event will be made closer to that time.
